Sponsorship

AYSO is one of the largest youth sports program in Glendale with close to 3,500 participants each year. The registration fee paid by each player covers only a portion of the total expense. Sponsorship directly supports this quality, extra-curricular program for our youth. Most importantly, our sponsors will receive the gratitude and recognition from local families who are doing what we can to make sure EVERYONE PLAYS and has an enjoyable soccer experience.

All contributions are tax deductible and the full amount of your sponsorship directly supports our AYSO Region, an all-volunteer organization. AYSO is a non-profit corporation (Tax ID# (EIN) 95-6205398; Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code).

Sponsorship Levels / Benefits

$1,000 Platinum Sponsor	Logo in our Sponsor’s area of the region’s Homepage. Website address with link and small and business name, address and phone number in the Platinum sponsor’s area of our website.
$500 Gold Sponsor	Website address with link and small logo and business name, address and phone number in the Gold sponsor’s area of our website
$250 Bronze Sponsor	Business name, address and phone number in the Bronze sponsor’s area of our website.
$100 Blue Sponsor	Business name, address and phone number in the Bronze sponsor’s area of our website.

Please fill out a Sponsorship Form (online or hardcopy) to become a Region 88 sponsor.

Choose "Credit Card" at the end of the Sponsorship form.

To pay with check or money order:

Please print the Sponsorship form (PDF)
Please mail sponsorship form and check made out to AYSO Region 88 to:

Please allow 7-10 business days after payment is received for the Sponsor's information to be posted.

Team sponsorships are no longer required but please consider sponsoring a team and/or a player(s). Teams may have more than one sponsor.
